Remote Access Resources

If you are new to Remote Access (RA) or have questions about the service, refer to the Remote Access Guide for answers. Topics include what the service does, how to correctly identify and use the RA URL prefix, and how to check if RA is working for a particular eresource.

The RA service currently runs EZproxy version 7.1.14.

If you are having technical difficulties with the Remote Access service, email the Help Desk. Be sure to include the vendor or product name and URL.
