Skills Database

The Skills Database was designed by Ontario college libraries to identify skillsets from the staff of the Ontario college library system for collaborative initiatives.

The database is populated with skills which have been self-identified by survey as “intermediate” or “advanced”, and each staff member who completes the survey has a searchable profile with the ability to edit their profile at any time.

The Skills Database has been designed to be maintained on an ongoing basis with tools beside the search interface that allow staff to modify skills or add skills for new staff.
