The product will be rebranding to NFB Education in 2019.
Each library is to designate a MARC record contact in their response spreadsheet. This person will be set up with a profile that allows them to download the records at https://www.nfb.ca/education/
Additional library staff can be set up with access to MARC records. They must first create a user profile. Once the profile is set up, the primary eresource contact at the library can write to Chantale Turgeon (C.Turgeon@nfb.ca) with the user’s name and email address, asking that MARC records are activated for their user profile.
There have been no updates to the MARC records since October 2018. In the meantime, the vendor is working on switching their records to RDA format. Updates will be shared with the colleges when available.
Usage statistics are automatically sent to the contact at each subscribing college on a quarterly basis:
- January through March (Q1) sent in April
- April through June (Q2) sent in July
- July through September (Q3) sent in October
- October through December (Q4) sent in December
