OCLS is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the Presidents of the member colleges, and is comprised of three College Presidents, three College Vice Presidents, and the Executive Director of OCLS as an ex officio member. An HLLR representative serves on the Board in an advisory capacity.
Additionally, HLLR serves as an advisory group to OCLS for the definition and development of services.
